Do you want to play rock, jazz, country, contemporary worship, classical guitar, or any other style for that matter? My goal as an acoustic guitar instructor is to develop you into a well-rounded musician as well as a good guitarist. Emphasis is placed on timing, sound quality, ear-training, and correct technique and theory.
Who can sign up?
I am currently taking beginning and intermediate guitar players. The style of instruction is geared to whether you are a beginner or an intermediate guitar player.
What you will learn:
- Guitar Chord construction – all acoustic guitar styles especially jazz
- Study solo pieces suited to your ability (classical guitar)
- Right hand strumming techniques (Mexican-Latin guitar styles, included)
- Proper left and right hand guitar techniques
- To read music for guitar
